On December 19th, the college conducted an on-site inspection of all aspects of hotel operations, gained detailed insights into service standards, management models, and talent requirements, and held discussions and exchanges with the enterprise management, graduates of the college currently employed, and representatives of interns.
In the discussion, Diao Hongbin emphasized that this visit aims to accurately capture the real problems of leading enterprises in the industry, jointly explore new solutions for talent training, and strive to cultivate high-quality talents that meet market demands.

The hotel management team highly recognizes the college's talent cultivation philosophy, detailed the urgent demand for high-quality composite talents in fields such as high-end government reception and large-scale conference services, and expressed a strong willingness to strengthen cooperation with the college in curriculum co-construction, deepening internship bases, and providing on-the-job training.

On December 26th, Diao Hongbin led a team to conduct a research visit to Nansha Grand Hotel, which is located in the core area of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. As one of the first batch of enterprises with in-depth school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education by the Ministry of Education, the hotel has accumulated rich experience in implementing modern apprenticeship systems and constructing innovative internship models.
In the exchange, Diao Hongbin pointed out that facing the development wave of internationalization and digitalization in the Greater Bay Area hotel industry, the college must take the initiative to align with industry frontline standards, translate industrial upgrading trends into practical results of teaching reform, and comprehensively enhance the pertinence and core competitiveness of talent training.
Yang Jie, General Manager of Nansha Grand Hotel, elaborated on the hotel's distinctive training system of research-oriented internship programs and internship supervisors, highly praised the solid professional skills and good job adaptability demonstrated by graduates of our college, and expressed the willingness to further deepen cooperation and expand the scale of talent recruitment.
